How do we start playing Couples Questions?
Open the Sets page and pick a pack, or tap Start a Random Set on the home page. Solo mode runs the set on your device. For two of you, one person starts a session and shares the short code; the other enters it on their phone or laptop.
How does two-player mode and the join code work?
Starting a two-player game creates a live session with a short code. Your partner enters it on their phone or laptop, and you both add names before starting.
Can one of us play alone?
Yes. Single-player runs the full set for one person—handy for journaling, warming up, or when your partner is not around.
What kinds of questions will we see?
Sets mix multiple choice, scales, this-or-that, ranking, matching, and other question types. Themes include quality time, connection, daily rhythm, and deeper topics.
Is there a timer during a live session?
Yes. Each question has a short countdown to keep the game moving, but it is there to nudge you forward—not to race your relationship.
How do results and sharing work?
At the end you see your answers; in two-player mode there is a match-style summary. You can copy a link to come back later or share it.
Do we need to create an account?
Nope — no account needed to play. Start a set or join with a code and go. For what we store and why, see Privacy in the footer.
Is this only for serious relationship talks?
Not at all. Pick lighter packs when you just want to laugh together, or deeper ones when you're ready for a real check-in — no pressure either way.
Is Couples Questions good for new and long-term couples?
Yes. Questions range from silly icebreakers to deeper reflection, whether you have been together for months or years.
What if our join code stops working?
No stress — sessions are short on purpose. If the code fails, it probably just expired or the session ended. Start a new two-player game and you'll have a fresh one in seconds.
